      针对喷塑行业环境影响评价项目,以该行业生产工艺特点及污染物产生机理为基础,结合青岛市某工业园区10余家喷塑企业的实际排污情况,提出较为合理的废气、废水、固废、噪声污染源强的估算方法,并依据估算污染源强及相关环境标准要求,提出经济可行的治理措施,为喷塑项目的环评工作提供可靠依据。

      In the view of environmental impact assessment for the spray molding industry, based on the characteristics of the production process and the mechanism of pollutant generation in the spray molding industry and combined with the actual pollution situation of more than 10 enterprises in an industrial park in Qingdao, this article put forward a more reasonable method in the environmental impact assessment project of the spray molding industry which was the estimation method of pollutants source intensity about waste gas, waste water, solid waste and noise. In addition, according to the estimation of pollution sources and related environmental standards, it proposed economically feasible treatment measures to provide reliable basis for EIA of spray project.
