| This paper mainly indroduces the first fruits of Ningy ang County in the course of developing the recycling economy , in view of existing prominent problems , brings forward some relevant countermeasures and im provement measures :lay down the relative policy to boost the development of recycling economy , construct a basic mode of recycling economy to promote the building of ecological industrial zone , construct the techno-suppoting system of developing recycling economy , draw up a lang-le rm program me of developing recycling econ-omy , raise recycling economy consciousness of the whole people and level of public participa-tion . |
