| Basing on experimenting , we consider :Determinating ammonia with N-reagent colorimetry , adopting vitriol solution absorbing ammoniac distillate does not affect determi-nation ;Adopting boric acid solution , especially for micro-determination , we should adjust pH to 10.0±0.5 before putting color reagent . |
