| 首先阐述了本研究课题的由来和公园的现状; 其次, 分析评价了公园的生态环境资源特色, 说明了给公园取名的缘由; 第三, 从充分挖掘北戴河旅游资源, 完善北戴河公园的结构、生态保护等角度论述了建设的必要性; 从学术标准、人工设施条件、资金、客源等方面分析了生态公园建设的可行性; 最后提出了本公园的功能区划与长远发展设想。 |

| Firstly this article expounds the origin of this research and the present condition of the park. Secondly it analyzes and evaluates the charact eristics of the park's eco-environmental resources, ex-plains the reasons why this name is given. Thirdly it explores the constructing necessity from the as- pects of fully uneart hing to touris mresources , perfcting struct ure and ecological protection of Beid- aihe park; also it analyz es the feasibilit y of zoo logy park constructing from the respects of learning standard, artificial facility conditions , funds and guest source, etc. At last , it presents the functional division and long-term plan for development. |
